We may use these documents to identify expected packages, match incoming packages, prepare Customs documentation, verify merchandise values, reconcile warehouse records, prepare billing, investigate discrepancies, and support shipment processing.
Warehouse and Shipment Information
When merchandise is received or processed through an applicable logistics location, shipment records may include package scans, Tracking Numbers, receiving references, manifest information, package descriptions, customer identifiers, weights, dimensions, photographs, arrival dates, forwarding locations, shipment status, Customs status, and other operational information.
This information may be used to identify packages, compare expected and received merchandise, consolidate shipments, prepare freight, investigate missing or unmatched packages, support Customs processing, calculate applicable charges, and coordinate release, pickup, or delivery.
How We Use Your Information

Customers should not send passwords, PINs, CVV/security codes, one-time verification codes, full payment-card numbers, API keys, access tokens, or other credentials through chat or ordinary customer-support messages.
Sharing Customer Information
2PriceTags does not sell customer personal information for money.
We may share limited customer information when reasonably necessary to process a transaction, complete a purchase, arrange freight or delivery, prepare Customs documents, verify payment, investigate a shipment, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, or provide customer support.

Customers are responsible for keeping login information secure and account information accurate. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

When you contact us through WhatsApp, email, telephone, website forms, chat, social media, or another approved support channel, we may use your message and contact details to respond, process a transaction, verify information, collect shipment documents, provide updates, review a claim, troubleshoot a transaction, or improve our services.
Do not submit highly sensitive credentials or information that is not reasonably required for the requested service.
Marketing Messages
