Payments & Order Management
What information should I use for a bank transfer?
What information should I use for a bank transfer?
Use the order number or invoice number as the bank-transfer reference.
Payments submitted without the correct reference may be delayed while the payment is identified and verified.
Proof of payment may be submitted through email, WhatsApp, website chat, or another approved contact channel.
Remote bank transfers should be sent to one approved account. In-person payments may be split between accepted payment methods or accounts when arranged with staff.
How can I pay for a sourced order?
How can I pay for a sourced order?
A sourced-order quotation includes the product price and estimated landed cost.
You may either:
• Pay the full quoted amount before purchase
• Pay the product price before purchase and settle the landed-cost balance later
The product price includes the applicable purchasing and service charge.
The landed-cost balance may be invoiced after arrival or earlier once the actual shipping, import, handling, and related charges are known.
When will my order be processed?
When will my order be processed?
Order processing begins after the required payment has been received, verified, and correctly applied to your order or invoice.
Payments with an incorrect or missing reference may delay processing.
Is there a fee for card payments?
Is there a fee for card payments?
A card-processing fee may apply to eligible credit-card payments where permitted and disclosed before payment.
The payment processor's standard domestic card-processing cost may be approximately:
2.90% + $0.30 per transaction
For an eligible international card, an additional 1.50% international-card charge may apply.
This means the percentage-based processing cost may total:
2.90% standard card processing
+ 1.50% international-card charge
= up to 4.40%
The processor may also charge the applicable $0.30 per-transaction amount.
If the payment requires an actual currency conversion, a separate currency-conversion charge of up to 1.00% may also apply.
The exact applicable fee depends on the card, card origin, payment provider, transaction currency, and whether currency conversion is required. Any applicable customer-facing processing fee will be disclosed before payment where required.
What payment methods does 2PriceTags accept?
What payment methods does 2PriceTags accept?
Available payment methods may include:
• Credit or debit card
• Bank transfer
• Approved payment link
• Cash for eligible orders in The Bahamas
Payment options may vary by order, destination, currency, and service.
Delivery orders must be paid and verified before delivery. Eligible pickup customers may pay at pickup using any accepted payment method available for the order.
Why can an international card payment fee be up to 4.40%?
Why can an international card payment fee be up to 4.40%?
The 4.40% is made up of two percentage-based payment-processing charges:
2.90% standard card processing
+ 1.50% international-card charge
= 4.40%
The payment processor may also charge a separate $0.30 per transaction.
If an actual currency conversion is required, a separate currency-conversion charge of up to 1.00% may also apply.
The exact fee depends on the card, card origin, transaction currency, payment provider, and whether currency conversion is required.
Is the card transaction fee refunded?
Is the card transaction fee refunded?
No. Card transaction and applicable currency-conversion fees are non-refundable.
When an approved card-payment refund is issued, the customer receives the refundable amount less the fee already incurred, where permitted.
This deduction applies only to card payments. Bank-transfer refunds do not include a card-fee deduction, although other non-refundable costs may still apply.
What is the separate currency-conversion fee?
What is the separate currency-conversion fee?
A currency-conversion fee applies only when the payment transaction actually requires one currency to be converted into another.
Where applicable, the payment processor may charge up to 1.00% for currency conversion.
This is separate from the card-processing fee.
For example, an eligible international card transaction may involve up to 4.40% in percentage-based card-processing costs, while an additional currency-conversion charge may apply only if the transaction also requires currency conversion.
Does the card-processing fee apply to bank transfers?
Does the card-processing fee apply to bank transfers?
No card-processing fee applies to a bank transfer simply because it is a bank transfer.
The credit-card processing charges described for eligible card payments are separate from bank-transfer payments.
However, a bank or payment provider may charge its own transfer, wire, currency-conversion, or other transaction fee. Any third-party fee charged by the bank or payment provider is separate from the 2PriceTags card-processing fee.
Is the card-processing fee refunded?
Is the card-processing fee refunded?
Generally, an eligible card-processing fee that has already been incurred may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
When an approved card-payment refund is issued, the refundable amount may therefore exclude a processing fee that has already been incurred and cannot be recovered.
Any actual currency-conversion charge, exchange-rate difference, bank fee, or payment-provider charge may also be non-refundable when it has already been incurred.
This applies only where the applicable charge was actually incurred. Other approved payment methods are subject to their own applicable costs and refund rules.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Can I cancel or change my order?
You have one (1) hour after placing an eligible website order to review, edit, or cancel it through the order-status page.
During the one-hour window, you may:
• Change item quantities or product options
• Swap or add products
• Update shipping or contact details
• Add an order note
• Cancel the order
• Download the invoice
Customers are responsible for reviewing the order and completing any changes within the one-hour window.
After the window expires, the order is final and cannot normally be edited or cancelled.
How does 2PriceTags prevent fraud, money laundering and sanctions violations?
How does 2PriceTags prevent fraud, money laundering and sanctions violations?
2PriceTags and IBO Logistics maintain reasonable customer, payment, order and shipment controls appropriate to their shopping, sourcing and logistics services.
We may verify the customer, payer, recipient, payment, product, shipment and destination. Identification, invoices, payment records, permits or other documents may be requested when information is incomplete, inconsistent or cannot be verified.
We may hold, refuse or cancel activity that is suspicious, prohibited or cannot be reasonably verified.
Pricing & Estimated Landed Cost
Is the total landed cost guaranteed?
Is the total landed cost guaranteed?
No. The total landed cost is an estimate based on the information available at the time.
The final amount may change because of:
• Actual package weight or dimensions
• Carrier charges
• Customs classification
• Duties or taxes
• Government assessments
• Inspections
• Storage
• Repacking
• Special handling
• Delivery or destination charges
• Other costs required to complete the order
Customers will be informed when additional charges are known. If the actual cost is higher than estimated, we may send an additional invoice.
The full outstanding balance must be paid before Customs clearance, release, pickup, or delivery.
An increase in landed cost does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a refund.
I got my landed cost breakdown. When will I get the invoice?
I got my landed cost breakdown. When will I get the invoice?
The Landed Cost Summary explains the applicable landed-cost charges, but it is not the official invoice.
The official invoice is issued separately through the billing process and is the document used for the official amount due and payment reference.
The Summary may later be attached to the invoice as supporting information.
How are shipping and freight charges calculated?
How are shipping and freight charges calculated?
Shipping and freight charges may depend on:
• Physical weight
• Dimensional or volumetric weight
• Package measurements
• Destination
• Courier or carrier
• Freight method
• Packaging
• Customs requirements
• Consolidation
• Pallet space
• Delivery arrangements
Charges may be calculated using the greater of the actual weight, dimensional weight, or applicable pallet-space equivalent.
Rates remain estimates until the shipment details and applicable charges are confirmed.
What is the difference between physical and dimensional weight?
What is the difference between physical and dimensional weight?
Physical weight is the package’s actual scale weight.
Dimensional weight is based on the amount of space a package occupies during transportation.
A large, lightweight package may cost more to ship than a smaller, heavier package because it uses more carrier space.
The courier, airline, or freight provider may charge using whichever weight is greater.

Why would I use a direct shipping address instead of the Miami Main Hub?
Why would I use a direct shipping address instead of the Miami Main Hub?
A direct receiving location may be faster when your cargo is already fully prepared for transportation and does not require consolidation, pallet building, repacking, or wrapping.
It can avoid the extra step of transporting the cargo to the Miami Main Hub, waiting for other packages or orders, waiting for a consolidation batch, and then moving the completed freight to the vessel, container, airline, or other onward provider.
Availability depends on the cargo, destination, and approved route. Exact departure and arrival times are not guaranteed.
What happens if I do not submit the required invoice?
What happens if I do not submit the required invoice?
A self-purchased freight-forwarding shipment may be held or delayed until an acceptable PDF invoice is received.
Receiving, export, Customs clearance, release, pickup, or delivery may not proceed without the required documentation.
I only have a screenshot of my order or invoice. Is that enough for Customs?
I only have a screenshot of my order or invoice. Is that enough for Customs?
No. Screenshots, photos, cropped order pages, and image files do not replace the proper Vendor Store invoice PDF required for Customs processing.
You may send the screenshot if you need help identifying the Vendor Store or finding the correct document.
Please download and send the complete PDF invoice, including all applicable pages.
I sent my invoice but I do not have tracking yet. Is that okay?
I sent my invoice but I do not have tracking yet. Is that okay?
Yes. If the Vendor Store has not issued Tracking yet and your PDF invoice contains a usable Order Number, we can accept the invoice first and record the shipment as Awaiting Tracking.
Send the Tracking Number when the Vendor Store or carrier provides it.
What does package consolidation mean?
What does package consolidation mean?
Consolidation means combining several packages, Vendor Store orders, boxes, or pallets into fewer shipping units before the cargo is forwarded.
For example, if several separate orders arrive at our Miami Main Hub, they may be combined, repacked, palletized, secured, and wrapped together for shipment.
Consolidation can make cargo easier to handle and prepare for transportation, but it does not always guarantee a lower freight cost.
What does palletization mean?
What does palletization mean?
Palletization means arranging loose boxes, packages, merchandise, or other cargo onto a pallet and building, securing, and wrapping the pallet so it is ready for transportation.
If your seller is already delivering a properly built, secured, and wrapped pallet with nothing else to add, additional palletization may not be required.
When do storage charges begin?
When do storage charges begin?
Merchandise should be collected or scheduled for onward shipment within five business days after the customer is notified that it is available.
After that period, storage charges may apply until the merchandise is collected, shipped, returned, transferred, released, or otherwise resolved.
Bahamas warehouse:
• Half-pallet space: $10 per day
• Full-pallet space: $20 per day
United States warehouse:
• Half-pallet space: $20 per day
• Full-pallet space: $30 per day
Can several purchases be consolidated?
Can several purchases be consolidated?
Eligible packages may be consolidated when the service is available and appropriate for the shipment.
Consolidation depends on package arrival times, product type, destination, weight, size, carrier requirements, and special-handling restrictions.
Additional receiving, consolidation, repacking, palletisation, or handling charges may apply.
My pallet is already built and wrapped. Do I still need consolidation?
My pallet is already built and wrapped. Do I still need consolidation?
Possibly not.
If the pallet is already fully built, secured, wrapped, and ready for the vessel, container, airline, or other approved transportation—and there are no additional packages or orders to add—a direct receiving location may be more appropriate.
Tell us what you are shipping and the final destination before the seller delivers the pallet so we can confirm the correct location.
Which items are prohibited or restricted?
Which items are prohibited or restricted?
Some products cannot be purchased, received, stored, exported, transported, imported or delivered. Other products require prior approval, permits, special packaging, additional documents or an approved carrier.
Restricted categories may include batteries, aerosols, chemicals, medicines, supplements, food, plants, animal products, cosmetics, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, automotive parts, hazardous materials, perishable goods and oversized merchandise.
Acceptance by a Vendor Store or delivery to a warehouse does not guarantee that an item can be transported or imported. Contact us before ordering or shipping a questionable item.
Can I use any IBO Logistics forwarding address for a shipment going to another country?
Can I use any IBO Logistics forwarding address for a shipment going to another country?
No. Most of our specialized forwarding locations and direct-routing services are intended for shipments whose final destination is The Bahamas.
For destinations outside The Bahamas, current routing options may include our Miami Main Hub or United Kingdom Hub depending on the cargo and route.
Contact us before shipping so we can confirm the appropriate receiving location.

Any arrival or delivery date shown is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

What happens if delivery fails or the address is incorrect?
What happens if delivery fails or the address is incorrect?
A failed delivery or incorrect address may result in the package being held, redirected, returned, stored, or treated according to the carrier’s terms.
Additional address-correction, redelivery, return, storage, Customs, delivery, or handling charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information and ensuring that an authorised recipient is available when required.
Orders returned or abandoned because of customer error may not qualify for a refund.
Is cargo insurance or protection automatically included?
Is cargo insurance or protection automatically included?
No. Cargo insurance or protection is not automatically included.
Available protection must be requested, accepted, and paid for before the merchandise is released for shipment.
Protection cannot be added after loss, theft, shortage, or damage has occurred.
Where a 50% protection option is offered, the maximum potential covered amount is limited to 50% of the supported invoice value, subject to deductibles, exclusions, documentation, and claim approval.
Purchasing protection does not guarantee claim approval.
If available protection is declined, the shipment proceeds without that optional coverage.
Customs, Duties & Bahamas Orders
What should I know about import duties and taxes?
What should I know about import duties and taxes?
Import duties, taxes, Customs brokerage, environmental fees, processing fees, and other government charges may apply when merchandise enters the destination country.
Final charges depend on the destination, product classification, declared or assessed value, invoice, origin, freight, insurance, and applicable government rules.
The relevant Customs or government authority determines the final amount.
If the final assessment is higher than estimated, the difference must be paid before clearance, release, pickup, or delivery.
